Alon is an international business innovation consultant and facilitator, and has designed and led strategic innovation processes for leading companies including Bayer, Kraft, Siemens and HP. Alon is a frequent keynote speaker on the topic of innovation and is a guest lecturer at Harvard iLabs.

When not at work, Alon dances Ballroom dancing, plays the saxophone and sings in a choir.

Alon is a certified Life Coach and has a BA in Multi-disciplinary Arts from Tel Aviv University.
